In recent years, there has been a growing awareness among the Taiwanese people regarding the concept of weekend leisure travel. In order to promote and popularize the idea of "green building," the Construction and Planning Agency of the Ministry of the Interior has collaborated with excellent green building projects and the implementation results of the Green Building Demonstration Site Tour program.

In particular, in the year 2014, in collaboration with the Tourism Bureau of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications, as well as relevant municipal and county governments and private sector associations, the agency organized the "Low-Carbon Tourism Green Building Intellectual Journey." By integrating environmental education resources in the public and private sectors, the initiative encouraged the active participation of local businesses and private enterprises. Participants were required to cover their own expenses, fostering cross-sector value addition and creating a sustainable operational mechanism for low-carbon green building tourism.

The digital teaching resource website for green building, designed in the year 2013, serves as a learning platform for teachers, students, and the general public. In response to user needs, there is a need to enhance the backend system for better management and integrate it with front-end webpage updates to expand its promotional effectiveness. The website consolidates resources for promoting green building, including promotional materials explaining green building assessments and technologies, case study videos, and the planning of a national education curriculum on green building. Basic teaching materials on green building are compiled, and an educational resource database is established. Collaborative efforts are made with educational institutions such as elementary schools in various counties and cities to conduct seed teacher training. Coordination with educational authorities is carried out to incorporate the curriculum and teaching materials into the national education curriculum at different levels, aiming to comprehensively promote the concept of creating a smart, energy-efficient Taiwan.

Integrating domestic and foreign resources, a curriculum map for smart green building vocational training is being developed to enhance the workforce and technical skills in the industry. The establishment of facilities and experimental environments facilitates collaborative research and development between the incubation center team and resident companies. Providing exhibition venues and an online matching platform, along with regularly organizing DEMO DAY presentation events, aims to offer market-oriented guidance. On the level of technology certification for research and development outcomes, a single-window service is expanded to cover consultation, management, business, legal, and experimental aspects, thereby broadening operations.

Strategic alliances are formed with other incubation partners to jointly carry out related nurturing activities. Collaboration with private angel investors and venture capitalists is leveraged. Through operational planning improvements, efforts are made to strengthen the matching relationships in the funding chain. The introduction of instructors with expertise in various fields is facilitated to assist in the nurturing process. Government subsidy resources are utilized to reduce business risks, and international cooperation resources are tapped into, with promotion through accelerator services.

The association is responsible for coordinating the planning, announcements, registration procedures, transportation arrangements, guided tour schedules, meal arrangements, insurance arrangements, and activity records for the "Green Building Education Demonstration Site Visit" program. The dates of the visit activities may be adjusted based on registration status and the requirements of the demonstration site units.
